excellent butler service

hot water issues

The butlers Rohan and Skol made our stay really good, always catering to our needs with great attention to detail.

We experienced some issues with the hot water in our first room and sadly, the upgraded room had the same problem due to its solar panel operation.

it was an incredibly beautiful and charming hotel in a good area, really close to the superman falls hike, a snorkel trip to anse mamin beach, and an atv tour, island, and the beach anywhere in the world. the venue offered an excellent breakfast with fresh exotic juices like tamarind and the sour orange drink, as for instance. the stay was awesome.

gorgeous view

unique hiking

The views from our Gros Piton suite's plunge pool were lovely. Hiking nearby was a thrill, and the restaurant food wowed us.

amazing view

noise disturbance

The views from the heated pool were amazing

And the service was very nice. The staff consistently were very good. Yvette's warm hospitality stood out. The only downside was the occasional noise from other guests, which impacted our relaxation at times.
